미국 약전위원회(USP)에서 AAV Gene therapy products 관련 Expert panel을 모집한다고 하여 아래와 같이 안내 드리오니, 회원사 여러분의 많은 관심과 신청 부탁드립니다. - 아 래 - [USP AAV Gene therapy products EP 모집 개요] ⊙ 모집분야 : the Adeno-associated virus (AAV) Gene Therapy Expert Panel (EP) ⊙ 모집기관 : USP (미국 약전위원회) ⊙ Role(s) : - AAV vector design, manufacturing, quality control, regulatory considerations에 대한 USP General Chapter를 집필함 - the Biologics and Biothechnology 5 Monographs (Dr. Mehrshid Alai가 의장으로 있는 Advanced Therapies Expert Committee) 의 지시에 따라 권고안을 제시하고 작업을 수행함 - 전문성을 바탕으로 general chapter의 sections 작성 및 다른 sections의 편집에도 적극적으로 기여함 - physical reference standards를 개발하는 동안 현재의 관행을 공유하고, 실험실 간 연구 데이터를 검토함 ⊙ 활동계획 : monthly teleconferences를 통한 미팅 진행 (EP 활동 기간 동안 Rockville에서 face-to-face 미팅 진행 예정) ⊙ Expertise Required : - Nucleic acid technology analytics for viral genome titer, mutation analysis, and residual quantitation - Analytics for biophysical assessment of AAV particles, including empty/full ratio and aggregation - Vector and capsid design for mitigation or pre-existing immunity and for establishing cell and tissue targeting - Manufacturing and purification of AAV using insect cell lines and baculovirus - Manufacturing and purification of AAV using helper virus - AAV genotoxicity and genome integration ⊙ 모집기간 : ~ 2022. 1. 28.(금) ⊙ 신청방법 : 아래 홈페이지에서 가입 후 신청 감사합니다. |
